The Pink Burd realizes all of its beautiful customers are anxiously awaiting their packages. It is the goal of The Pink Burd to make sure you get your "goodies" in a timely manner. We will do our absolute best to make that happen- "Pinky Promise".
The Pink Burd offers free shipping over $100 to anywhere in the United States. Anything under $100 will be a flat $6.95 charge. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed and Shipping is anywhere from 7- 10 business days once processed. A tracking number will be provided with all orders. At this time, all orders are delivered via USPS.
If you are in a hurry for your item, please reach out to The Pink Burd by emailing at thepinkburd@gmail.com, if inventory is in stock at the Pink Burd Headquarters, rush delivery could be an option. This is not a guarantee. If this is an option, we can quote you the shipping rates.
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Any delays due to USPS and weather related delays are beyond The Pink Burd's control. Also, due to the outbreak of the COVID 19 pandemic, both shipping and staffing shortages have caused slight delays. This is out of the Pink Burd's control. Again, we are working hard to make sure you get your product in a timely manner. Unfortunately, Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If for some reason a package is not delivered due to an incorrect address you provided, the customer will be asked to re-pay shipping. The Pink Burd will email you if your address shows invalid or if you provide a PO Box address and we are not able to send. The Pink Burd is also not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
